This is my second rolled of films. I’m quite happy about it. The first film was well exposed except for sharpness. OM55mm f/1.2 showed really blurry like ghosting image at f/1.2. Done with experimental for the shallow DOF in the first attempt, for the second one, I stepped down the aperture to f/2. The images improve a bit however most of the pictures were underexposed!

Hanisa & Karim after the solemnization. OM4Ti, OM35mm f/2.8, Kodak Gold, ISO200
Hasrul with Canon USM lens 70-200mm f/2.8 Non I.S
After the solemnization. Lots of equipments.

New Year at The Curve

January 5th, 2011

This is our first Geng L.a,Z.a.T’s outing which held at The Curve.  Simply to say, it was totally crowd! Wow, they going with families. With family around. It actually a underexposed photo. I forget to slow the shutter bit or just use flash. Azian with her 60D. Love the bokeh.

I bought used OM4Ti and couple of lenses via ebay for my birthday present on past December. The ‘Ti’ version stand for titanium. The best things about this body are its small, really big viewfinder and fit nicely on my bare hand. And, I just thought this is why the Olympus want to make it compact, like EPL-1 or Panasonic’s GF1. Fully attached E-3 with battery grip and flash is really heavy. And that’s the reason I left my battery grip at home and only used triggered flash for close up shoots. A new professional and splash proof body liked E-3 but compact liked OM4Ti sized body and primes is what I need!
